everytime i open SU i get the following errors
what do i need to do ??

Well, I am not a script cerator but from this it seems to me that your Plugins folder is screwed up big time. There shouldn't be a Scripts folder (with all the subfolders) there IMO.
Could you take a screenshot of your folder structure of SU (or at least the Plugins folder within the SU application under Program Files)?
In the meanwhile, I'll move your topic to the Ruby Forum because the guys there will spot the errors easily and I'm not sure if all of them visit this forum.

looks like you are using rubyset, a collection of freeplugins which does use a folder called scripts.
if you don't already have it, my suggestion is to get a copy of rubyset 6 (RS6) http://www.special.eclipse.co.uk/sketchup_training/sketchup_training.html - (navigate to resources and download the set). in the same page you will also find the instructions.
in any case, delete (or copy elsewhere) your plugins folder (if you have other scripts you have purchased, back them up to replace them later) place the RS6 'plugins' folder into your google sketchup directory. then pick the contents of the RS6 'tools' folder and drop them into your existing tools folder overwriting all files.
