...turns off the microsoft installed snoops (and looks to have finally solved my "wgatray.exe" problem of running at 100% for 20mins at startup too often to ignore). I'm no computer guru, so be careful...and please let me know what you think.

Okay: I take it back...this didn't stop my troubles, just passed them on to another program (iexplore.exe NOT GOOD!). Though this is given many great reviews here and there, please forget "I" said anything.
