How did you export so complicated SU model in blender is another story!
Excellent renders orgelf. And great modeling as always.
BTW I love cycles, even in it's alpha stage. But nothing to show here, not SU meshes. -
thank michaliszissiou
I think I already answered you in Blenderartist's forum
I use a website called babel3d.com

WOW!!! Just WOW!!!
awesome... you have reach the WOW factor))))) -
OK, thanks orgelf for the link. Though I have no difficulties using obj SU exporter.
To texture all these, to UV them is another problem. A hard work.
You can use procedural blender textures of course. A warning though (cycles). A displacement node + glossy mix closure may trigger a known bug. Not always, maybe UV mapping is the trigger, it's not clear so far.
My suggestion is to add some hdr lighting, just a little. So you tried 3dcoat, ask me for help if you need it. A complicated and powerful app.
If you exported directly from voxels room (decimate+triangulate), well, better wait the next beta build, there's a bug there.
This bird is great idea but sculptris is strongly recommended for this job. Clean geometry export, the best sculpting tools in the market. -
yes unwrapping a sketchup model is always a nightmare ...
I did it once , and won't do it again
Thanks for the advices about environment lightning in cycles ( ) and 3d coat .
3d coat is very complicated , and i don't feel good with soft .
aaah Sculptris , I will try it one day, I promess

Very nice work...very imaginative as the others said...
I see hard work and passion ...keep up the good work -
Another package, great and inspiring stuff.
You probably found your favorite render engine. Cycles is great.
Blender is a great application, the power of an application is its people. Unfortunately these blenderartists aren't ready for your work.
I really envy you. -
I love that last one in particular
-
rendering style is very strong, with a little bit weird ... I think I like it
