Don't we all like to see the evil empire take a drubbing (such as it is...it only means that they will now go to trial)!

I think this is very good news!
(Now that I think about it, doesn't Onyx have this covered? I remember having to "accept" their license agreement online before they would accept my payment for shipping and/or download...?)
