If You have anything to do with colour schemes in Your work I recommend this book:
Pantone Guide to Communicating with colour by Leatrice-Eisemann
And this is my favourite , if You are designing restaurants You must have this book.
Restaurants that work case studies of the best in the industry by Martin E. Dorf

Colour Index- Essentialy just a big list of colours that go well together, very useful when your feeling skint for ideas though.
How to be a graphic designer, without losing your soul- essentially a collection of ones persons tips and advice on working in the design industry, quite a stimulating read.
