3D Basecamp 2008 Car Arrangement

I'm pretty sure I'll be renting a car. Not sure when or where I'll be arriving yet, or when I'll be leaving, but additional riders are always welcome.

Same boat as Todd. I've made reservations just to be sure I have accommodations, but I have to figure out various other details (which airport, etc., and whether I stay longer in SF after the meeting). I'll work it out in a day or so.

I live close-ish and I'll probably be staying at home each night. For driving, I'll either drive my own car or take public transportation down or carpool with a friend who works there. If anyone else needs public transport info, don't forget to look into http://www.511.org. Hope to see everyone there!

And again, why on earth can't someone just fix the submit preview and save buttons? Make submit the biggest one and put it on the left. And Save is too similar a word to "send" which is also often used for submit. It always confuses me on this forum.

I will post my schedule as soon as I know something. I'm looking at flying in on Wednesday morning, and flying out on Friday night. I'm not sure if I'll be flying into San Francisco or San Jose, yet. I'm trying to do this thing "on the cheap." It is an extra un-anticipated expense this year, but I did not want to miss another Basecamp. I'm super excited!

I will most probably arrive on the 9th and leave on the 17th flying in and out SF (from Europe it is always better to choose "bigger" destinations). As I see, no-one is staying for such a long time but that's how I could get the cheapest flight. Even cheaper with the extra nights.
ah yeah, and I need a visa as well...

And I have the visa already but my itinerary has also changed; arriving at 23:54 on the 9th and leaving at 06:30 on the 15th. I'll have a shuttle service when arriving and I guess (unless it's full) that someone could join us.
We'll definitely not wait for you Coen!
