http://www.su.porta.ca/sketchucation/ (...) should be replaced by
http://www.sketchucation.com/forums/scf/sas/ (...) keeping the folder structure after it unchanged.

Sorry for this - we are working on updating these links but there are hundreds (if not thousands) of files there (thus links here).
