Hi guys I am having a lot of trouble with my images when I export them to GE from SU the 3D model that I create in SU looks great and the pictures are in the right spot but when I export them to GE I get some images to switch with others or if I have a roof texture it takes the place of one of the side images. I dont know why this keeps happening and I dont know if there is a procedure to follow when I overlay images in SU to prevent this from happening. If anyone has had this problem and can give me some pointers that would be great. I tried searching on the Forum and couldnt find anything that helped me. Thanks

Hi Mirza, this is a problem with multiple trips from SketchUp to Google Earth, where Google Earth continues to reference a previous texture in cache (temporary memory).

You can fix this easily by going to Google Earth and selecting the Tools menu > Options... and then clicking on the Cache tab in the Google Earth Options dialog. Once you are in the Cache tab, click the "Clear memory cache" and "Clear disk cache" buttons and then click the "OK" button.

Now re-Place Model and you will see the textures lined up correctly!

I hope this isn't too inconvenient for you, we are working on a fix.

        Cheers,
