This guy built his own ferarri!
-
Apparently he spent 20,000 hours if i heard properly and like 15 years of his life to build a PERFECT 100% working replica of a Ferarri.
Gearbox, engine, all 12 cylinders, everything works. It even sounds like a Ferarri!

haha...that doesnt even come close to comparing, eric!!!

-
Amazing but I imagine with his skills he would be more
than capable of earning upwards of €20 per hour .... so
20,000 x €20 = €400,000 .... more than the cost of most
Ferraris! But again it has been his hobby 'It would work if we could find someone to drive it!'

Mike
Maybe that is his new project.

Idk, it might be hard to breed a 1/4 scale person, that could take longer than the car to produce.
But I gotta admit, that wooden Ferrari is something else entirely.
-
I had a buddy whos dad built a lamborghini. I gotta see if I can find some pictures but this damn thing was awesome and about 1/4 of the cost!
-
I heard about those kits and stuff. Apparently you can do it using something like a honda frame and motor then put a ferrari body and everything else over the top of it. Not exactly fast, but it looks just like them.
-
I'm glad he built a 1/4 scale Ferrari. Because with that kind of talent and determination, he probably could have taken over the world if he wanted to, and I wouldn't want to be one of his subjects.
-
Idk, he could be a kind benevolent ruler. He seems happy, in an "I just spent 15 years of my life on a model car" sort of way.
