Is anyone familiar with this error message. A virus messed up my screen image and will not allow me to change it. I have tried accessing via control panel way but it will not change. ๐Ÿ˜ž

I resolved my issue I think. I had manually deleted the file it was looking for. I undeleted this file which displayed a red screen with "danger" written as a watermark.
I clicked the upper righthand "x" which close the danger screen. My background was apparently behind this image. ๐Ÿ˜„

Guess who the biggest offender was with pop ups and virus...NORTON!
Removing Norton solve many of my problems . Ofcourse I replaced it with free shareware virus protection and spam protection.
My computer is running very smoothly these day's, and yes I do need to clean up the desktop.
I was told that this will speed up the computer. (the question is by how much?)
