No, using the "V" with palm facing out means peace, palm facing in is Victory, however one of our presidents (George H Bush) was not informed about what it means overseas and subsequently gave the Australian folks a big "up yours" when he meant peace.

Just copy and paste the address using the "insert web video" feature.
