House on Avenue E and a house on Broadway
-
After browsing (with the occasional comment) here and the old SketchUp forums, I have decided it's about time to start uploading some of my work- the majority of which I modelled and (sometimes) rendered just for fun and experience. There will be a bit more to follow.
This is an old house being converted to 3 condos, with a big deck added to the side of the house.

And a couple old Kerkythea renderings (done some time back in May). They look a bit plasticky, as I had just started to get a hang of the program when I made these.

-
And a house on Broadway. Building has 2 stores on the ground floor and a second and third floor of duplex condos.

Gives it a genuine yet artistic touch !

nuce work man, -
How are you creating this style?

Nice stuff, not sure how i missed this before. I really like thes tyle yuve got going.
As o how its done, my guess would be exporting in 2 differnet styles, cutting the bit you want out from one then overlaying it onto the other.

I agree. I like the style concept you put to use here. It looks like you merged two styles in photoshop, focusing on the items of interest.
I Like. Thanks for sharing.
