      Well I am down 30 pounds now. I am hoping to lose 30 more. The progress is slower now but I am still pressing on. More activity seems to be the key to getting over this plateau.

        30 pounds! Wow, way to go Eric!! For fun while running, stop occasionally and do as many push-ups as you can, then get back up and keep running!

              I once saw a show called Celebrity Fit Club and they did just that, well sort of. At a point in the show they all had to strap on a backpack with the amount of weight they lost and run a mile (or 2 I cannot remember). Their reactions after the run were incredible.

              I can definately tell that my knees are much happier.
