Car renders,WIPs&videos

Render criticism; The reason I don't use background pictures of any kind (usually), is that when you do, you have to make sure the shadows are the same in the render as your background. You're car has soft shadows, straight down, meanwhile the house in the background has angled shadows, that are much more 'hard'. Just looks a bit funny is all. Also, in the later renders, the light should be coming from the sun in the background, and with more of a yellow-orange tint. Still, great job

i know that for some people those minor(for me) details are visible but i don t pay too much attention to them yet..maybe i ll improve the quality of my renders sometime
Thanks! -
DDAANNGG That is AWESOME!!!
-
Thanks buddy!
-
Great design. Reminds me of a De Tomaso Pantera GTS with a mix of TVR and Mitsi
-
Wow, great material! A bit big though. (either that, or the street's just small)
-
the street is one way
-
what field of view are you using?
-
I love it! Great colour and renders too.

i would be happy if ms Dale can make a reverse button for his plugin...this would probably save a lot of time..
Hey ely862me! Love your work! For someone who has a lot of experience using SDS, can you give me a list of features you would like to see in the next version? (currently in development) Thanks!
-
Sweet colour on that Mk2! I also love how the grille and the headlights blend in together.
Curiosity may have killed the cat, but what tuning contest did you enter the car in?
-
Rogue..if i know well u must go to Window/Preferences/Extensions and select Subdivide&Smooth then OK.
Blank...u do have right..all it s about trying and trying...i would be happy if mr Dale can make a reverse button for his plugin...this would probably save a lot of time..Thanks for dropping by...
Happy sketching!

Hi ,Mr Dale.Thx for compliments!I ve just post some issues on ur recent post about future features of sds.If i remember something i ll update it.
Blank...it was a contest in my country that s why u didn t heard of it.
Thx!Elisei

Wow man these cars are awsome! Ho fast do you make those cars
-
Near-misses with road signs, U-turns, parked at ridiculous angles on the road. Is there a reason you are choosing these positions for the renders? The renders and modeling are clearly excellent, I'm just baffled by the choice of the cars positions. I cannot imagine a car magazine ever displaying a car doing these things
-
Very nice Elisei! Especially the radial blur and the smoke! Congrats!
-
Really loving that first drift picture!
The second one, with the realistic background, needs a bit of shadow tweaking. But I like the concept.
-
try putting the car in a more "sharky" color like silver
