the first one is a sleak render - did you use an environment map or did you model the surroundings to get these reflections?
the shape of the car is sleak as well. has something of a fish (shark)

is just glossy plastic material from default vray materials and i change the colour from difusse
u should read the vray manual there it said all about importing colours or modifying them -

SketchUp can do almost everything.
