Notes Ruby?

Has anyone come across a ruby that would create a little note pad that would be specific to each model? A place where I could jot down things to do (add fireblocking, revise cabinets, etc).

i havent used it myself so i'm not sure what it's like to work with...

Or if you need a more complex thing (like version control for tracking down your model changes), stay tuned and see this. At this moment I'm working on that.
