Pete, I've been wondering... What program have you used for texturing these spheres..??
SU is crap when it comes to this...

I use Vue inf for texturing complexed shapes and then bake to poly's and export with image attached. I have tried importing 'fitted' textures from many apps and concluded Vue inf is the best so far. You can evn import a mesh with diffuse, bump and alpha map attached that will render in KT and Podium perfectly.

I've never worked with Vue myself, but maybe it's time to have a closer look now...
