one small thing.. i hope u update those images in ur site with higher res ones... those images now have some serious AA problems.. it might turn off a lot of ppl! 😞

Yes, I should explain on the website those are all just screenshots from a tour of the model - ie running at 30Hz. LightUp can generate 9000+ x 6000+ still images if its resolution you want.

Adam - Why not invite some of us in just a few days before you "officially" release it - we might be able to help you gather some sexy shots for your gallery. Just an idea! But seriously, I think the gallery of any software like yours is very important. In any event, I am sure you will get lots of support and constructive suggestions from those of us on sketchucation...Jason

if i miss something, Adam... can you export baked map(via uv-map, image-source) for future detailing into photoshop or analogs...then import this map to sketchup(via your plug-in again or standard import by using of urgen's technics)

By the way, the images used in the gallery is from a template of sorts I assume. I think I recognise all three pics, they all seem to be from Cape Town area, South Africa.

                  1. Hout Bay looking towards Chapmans Peak.
                    1.jpg

                  2. Chapmans Peak looking towards Hout Bay.
                    2.jpg

                  3. That is either Chapmans peak drive or a pic from the cliff road looking towards the "Twelve Apostles".

                  How's my score?

Eric, AFAIK you get an e-mail with an URL that you need to visit in order to confirm registration. Thereafter you should be able to log in.

I downloaded the zip file, went to its properties and unblocked it, but still couldn't extract the contents without the Windows Block Content dialog.

                                        Daniel, try this

                                        1. create any mesh(with any mat)
                                        2. Add sketchup shadow
                                        3. Select all(geometry) and push Ambient Occlusion, then Direct Illumination
                                        4. TourTool

John extract by free 7-zip ...or winzip, WinRar
                                        i unpacked normally...
