Glossary of rendering terms: is there such a thing?
now that i am moving into rendering, all the time i am baffled by some of the terms involved in it. a good definition of bump maps was easy enough to find on the internet but a search for the term procedurals brought me nothing useful.
as i am curious about several other terms it occurred to me to ask this board members: does anyone know of a site where i can find this kind of info? thanks.

Crap, i found a really good and very comprehensive glossary fo renderign terms a while ago, ufortunately i cant think where i found it
hmmm, i'll go and browse a few forums
