SEO Trick I came up with

I figured out that if I post a thread on the (very high ranking) Pro Gallery/Google Groups, and use my targeted keywords in the thread title, it comes up very quickly on a Google Search
Like if you type in "Japanese Gazebo" (I sell Kits and Plans) http://tinyurl.com/yvpvrz
there I am, 3rd or so from the top, my Gazebo Plans Page
Then in that Pro Gallery Thread i started, I also link to a few of the images I've placed on my Gazebo Plans Page, hoping that this will help out with the Google Image Search.
I also put a link on my Page, back to that Pro Gallery Thread Page, cause that's what Google likes to see, links between relevant pages.
I've done this for quite a few keywords now. Pretty sneaky, but every little bit helps!

Yes, I got you about 3 down on that search Joe...the GGroups link, not your own site, but you can click straight through no problem.
The same thread was 7 and 8 on a a Google search. Now let's see if you can do the same with "oriental summerhouse".

Sorry, didn't make that very clear. Not really so much a SEO trick but rather a way to get found. People open up that google thread and there are links to your site. I bet it does help your search results too having those links, combined with keywords on the page next to the links.
Oriental Summerhouse? Alan, I'm almost thinking about doing that, just to see how fast it appears in the search results!

Here is a site that helped me alot... Right now it has a very good article on SEO tricks. They usually have lots of tools, some free some not, so keep checking back.
By following his advice I went from being #98 on Google to #11 for one of my keywords and bouncing around in the late 20's, early 30's for the other keywords. This was done organically.

Yeah, I saw your post at the Groups, too. Here however, when you posted it, the links were broken. I corrected them if you don't mind. After all, SCF has a 4/10 Google Page Rank as well!

They are - there are 16 bot that have ever visited and the major ones - including Google - regularly visit (7 of them have already visited today although it is quite early in the morning).
Now as we have RSS feed as well, Google Feedchecker is also a "regular".
