      I've been reading and learning from this group for some time but haven't shown you the work I've been doing and I feel its time to share some of my recent project. Over the next several hours, I'll be uploading some projects.

      This one was built and won a New York award for Design of the Year for projects under $10 million. Its a 42,000 square foot community center with theater, art studios, gymnasium as major spaces and a host of other spaces. It relaces two seperate projects that were on opposite sides of town.
