Condo Clubhouse

time to show some of my stuff. this is part of a large urban project we are doing, a residential subdivision for 105 families in the wine-making area of the province where i live. what you see here is the clubhouse (klabhaus in the studio jargon). this morning we showed it to the developers and they aproved 95% of it (a couple of minor changes to be made).

thanks, gai. the care about modelling the site right paid off at the meeting with the clients as their first question at seeing the short animation i presented them was: is the site correct contourwise? it was very reassuring to be able to say "yes, it is correct down to the last contour line".
this job has been very rewarding for us as we have been doing everything: the urban design, the architecture, the modelling, the presentation. and the clients are good, respectful and always pay on time, qualities that are not so common down here.
