Yeah... They look really excellent, Kwistenbiebel... 😎

Only crit I can come up with would be on the missing caustics in the water and the too shiny tiles... 😉
But it would definitely make my client happy... 😄

          Cheers

            Thanks Marked001 and Frederick.

            Frederick,
In reality, the tiles are really as reflective as in the rendering.
On the site images, however, the tiling caught some dust because of the work going on there so the reflection is less visible there.
I discussed the risks of that type of tiles being slippery with the client in design phase, and he decided it was best choice to use.

Indeed caustics (=light patterns on objects caused by refraction of light in the water)would enhance the realism, but in my experience (other render engines),using caustics shoots render time through the roof. (Podium doesn't support caustics in current version).

              Thank you sir 😄

I thought I'd throw in some earlier on-site images of the real thing.
The bathroom is finished some time ago, but due to circumstances I haven't been able to get in there afterwards to shoot photos of the finished thing.I should have done that when I was still supervising the works. 😢

first shot:When you look closer you can see one of the earlier rendered images lying on the bathtub. 😆 Showing the rendering to the contracters sure did help to explain what I was aiming for.

It is a play on the name of this thread. The bowel is part of your intestinal tract and if you have a bowel problem, it would cause you to revisit the bathroom (Bathroom Revisited). In English this is what is known as a bad joke. 😒

Sometimes these wonderful insights just appear to me in the middle of the night. What can I say?

Sorry for my poor knowledge of English, but does bowel mean? 😳

                        hi kwisten,

                        great work indeed.

i had seen this bathroom on PPB2 and had even saved the pictures, as well as from a great kitchen you posted there.

                        cheers,
