Cpu 1MB vs 2MB cache, gpu geforce vs quaddro

I am deciding on a new CPU between core duo e2160 and e4400?
Which one would you recommend? Does cache matter that much for sketchup, If I get a 256 MB geforce?
Also Gefore 8800 256MB vs Quaddro 128MB which one to go for?Thanks

and 8800 GT 1024 meg
