Loading Error Question

A friend of mine says he's getting the following error messages when he starts SU.
Error Loading File animation.rb
undefined methodGetString' for nil:NilClass Error Loading File attributes.rb undefined methodGetString' for nil:NilClass
Error Loading File box.rb
undefined method `GetString' for nil:NilClassWhat's it mean and what's the fix? I'll appreciate any help all y'all might be able to give.

Looks, that it has something to do with Sketchup LangHandler.rb
