make a section of a house! post it here.

in the spirit of the details post http://www.sketchucation.com/community/forums/suc/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=984&hilit=

now take an entire building and make a section of it, say 1' or 2' thick. now detail it and post in this thread. we'll have several variations of foundation and wall styles....

Hmm right you are, though why does it display:
          Challenge! Section on top?

Here's one I did a while back, dull standard details, but I really enjoyed modelling them at this level of accuracy.

Great - imagine just issuing 3Ds to the contractors and its easy to run off any view they need.

I would like to see a point in time when the contractors have their lap tops hooked up to large screens on site and subs can take any measuremnt on the fly as they go...
