New printer

I'm looking to buy a new printer so I'm looking for suggestions or any advice. I need it to print at least 13x19, would perfer 18x24, has to print b&w and color, and budget is under $1,000. And Vista compatiable.

just bought myself a HP9800 and I'm very satisfied with the quality. For less than $300.00 you can't beat that. It can print on 13x19.....I print my Cad drawings on 13x23 with no problem. I use XP but it's Vista Certified.
