keyframe animation lost license

Hi all !!!
I lost my serial number of keyframe animation. Trying to get in touch with their support, i constantly get this message: Oops! Something went wrong and the mail server couldn't send your message.
I have tried with chrome and safari with the same result.
Any idea how i could join them ?Thanks a lot !
