Strange behavior with viewing images on desktop

This is really weird, I'll click on a desktop image, it opens and I'll see it for maybe 7 seconds, then it switches to another image of my dog, or her ears anyway! Been happening maybe 2 months, and no matter what image I initially open, it switches to the dog pic?
doesn't happen Every time I open an image, but often enough. You have to click that Order Details image first

If this is the same PC as your graphic card issues, I would be getting dell to replace the whole system. There is something seriously wrong with it.
