I have tried unsuccessfully to buy a one-year subscription to this extension.
Unfortunately, most of the content on the website is in non-English.
If the author of the plug-in is reading this post I would ask, perhaps other users, to please indicate a contact via email and how to obtain membership without having a mobile phone, scanning codes, etc.
