Fredo6 Plugin Licensing. Unable to connect to Sketchucation

Hi, I am having some trouble validating the Fredo6 plugin licenses and it seems to be connection issues to the sketchucation server.
like to highlight this is a workstation in my office and my technical support has tried to connect via his more 'profound' methods and has been unsuccessful as well. I was advised to contact the vendor.
