Custom material mapping. Can it be done?

Hey all!
I'm looking into a way of assigning materials within SketchUp to hotkeys. We use quite a lot of custom materials for our models(30+) and it would be great if there was a way of quickly swapping between them all using hotkeys, whether that be using a separate numpad, stream deck or your regular keyboard hotkeys.
The end goal here would be to eliminate(if possible) the use of individually clicking my way through all of these materials, with a more streamline and efficient method.
I'm not sure if this is possible or not, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
