Inquiry on proper book publishers.

Mates, I hope you all are doing well and we all could knock down the crisis in no time.
Due to the current situation I've been at home recently and had some time to develop my book on Architectural sketching with a friend.
We belong to the transition generation, wax of CAD and vane of hand so we had to learn both skills. It seems that nowadays CAD software are occupying more space in education and also work, by the way I believe that still hand sketching might help the students in space perception and also will stimulate creativity.
The next step after finishing the book would be finding a good publisher to disseminate our work. it seems that digital version would be fine ,pdf format I mean.
Please let me know which publisher do you think would match the book subject and where do you think I would receive a better attention.
I am open to your suggestions. -
One of my sketches dating back to 2012, historical city of Yazd alley.
Yazd is one of the Unesco heritage sites.

Great sketch. You should try to edit it so that the paper is white instead of grey.

For the final task I will adjust images.
