How can I find some developers to give me a price for transferring my old site (built with Dreamweaver) to a new WP site? I already had someone make a good start of it a few years ago.

any recommendations will be appreciated, or point me to where I should ask this.
I found this site https://jobs.wordpress.net/ but darn, how can I trust any of them? I'm hoping someone here can recommend someone.
