Very nice, your best yet by a country mile. Practice does pay.

Remove the photographic background and render your model, if it is a good model it will still be a good render. If you find the image lacking then you need to work on the model not the photo background.

Nice feeling and modeling of the railing! The wood may be helped by rotating the texture on the uprights 90 degrees so the grain goes parallel to long direction of the piece.
