Line tool extension from end of snap

if i open a 2017 file in LO 2018 the line tool responds with a extension at the end of it -
Does the line have the "starting/ending arrowhead" style set to the "overrun" arrowhead? Change the arrowhead settings on that line or set the arrowhead size to 0 pts.
