Can't Log In To My Website

Folks, I need some help. I can't log in to my website using Adobe Contribute http://www.adobe.com/products/contribute.html which I've been using for 10 years plus. I haven't been able to login for months now.
Adobe has ended the program and stopped support, so there's no help there. Been working with my Host but no help there either.
I can login to my CPanel, but when I try and FTP to my site I can't get in, and a message says-
421-Sorry, cleartext sessions and weak ciphers are not accepted on this server.
421 Please reconnect using TLS security mechanisms.I'm wondering if that might be a clue to my problem logging in to my site? Or would anyone have any other possible solutions for me?
is there somewhere else I can go to get help with this, even paid support? I really need to get this working again. I'll very much appreciate any help and advice!

Might try using a secure FTP program such as WinSCP.

Thanks Jim, I got FileZilla and am able to get in to my site that way, so no issues with the FTP account, but that's no use to me, I need to be able to get in using my WYSISYG editor.
Anyone know of any place I can get paid support for my problem?
