Gorgeous image... is it a real project?

Yes it's a new bare concrete office space in Dubai UAE. The design is mine, i came to this conclusion because of the single large feature window and the deep plan.

Thanks for the comments. Bryan the only part missing is the storage. I am suggesting something light, reflective even transparent kept against the 2 side walls to maximise the projected light. I am also considering using frosted glass in some of the panels to enable some privacy in specific areas.
