[REQ] Closest standard view toggle

I'm missing utility that would set the closest standard view (respecting current UCS of course).
For example, my viewport is in the state 1 (close to 'top view'). Pressing some shortcut key would set it to the state 2 (ortho view, respecting current UCS).
Pressing the same shortcut would return the previous anlgle.
