Rotate Selection

Often I'll need to rotate a group/annotation inside of layout, and the only way is to select the object, then drag the rotational 'handle' to make it rotate.
If there was a menu item that was activated when a group was selected, I could set up a hotkey (like in sketchup) that allows me to rotate the item - this would speed things up a bit and make it less frustrating to use layout.
