        Hey there,

I had a go at making it on a really small scale.

A great way to learn how to use a CO2 laser cutter - thanks

NO WAY! That's cool. Did you somehow get the model from Alvis?

File is free for premium members over here: http://sketchucation.com/shop/models/furniture/309-plywood-puzzle-airplane

Needed a little modification for the laser cutter but was pretty straight forward

Thanks folks - was surprised to find that the laser cutter made toolpaths out of sketchups "sectioned" curves without any problems. I had been led to believe that CNC cutters cannot read sketchup's edges and they need to be converted to arcs but I had no such issues.

How many segments had the circle? And what was the nature of the file ? SKP, DAE, STL... ?
