Canadian farmer, Percy Schmeiser, is continuing his battle with Monsanto and it looks to me that he is winning little by little. To me his major win to date is that Monsanto have not managed to bankrupt him and his wife.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=su0om5L4BhgAt the end of the video Percy explains how he has set a legal precedent whereby a non gmo farmer can possibly force the gmo seed producing companies to remove invading gmo plants from their land. This could get very costly for these chemical companies.
