CYMK colour option to extend the use and suitability of LO to a wider user base, illustrator killer!
Object styles, the ability to apply styles to LO objects and then adjust the style at any time to effect all objects assigned a style.
Compound paths and the ability to subtract holes in filled objects.
Convert text to outlines. Or explode text.
Embed fonts in PDF on export.
Drawing to scale so planning can be done in layout.
Export layout objects to sketchup, filled objects remain filled.
Assignment of a sketchup component reference to a layout object so on export to SU components are dragged in.
Metric sizes for lines and text.
Better text formatting options.
Option to select "current page only" in export dialogue.
Layer support in groups.
Text colour button on the style editor.
Display area dialogue on selected LO filled object.
Drop shadows on layout objects. Obviously linked to object styles (No2).
Rotate 90 CW / CCW button and shortcut.
Crop lines and bleed options on export.
EPS import support.
DWG / DXF import support.
PDF import support.

That's about it for now, not a huge list but somethings that could make layout a real tool for so many more people!

I hope your list gets more traction than the other lists floating around.

These all seem to fall on the deafest of ears back at Trimble, unfortunately.

And your list is awesome and, without doubt, would make LO much much better.
