New Year's Greetings!

I couldn't resist the large turned legs on this 19th century English table in pine.
All best for the year ahead.

Happy New Year to you, as well.
Nice model. Out of curiosity, why are the tenons on the aprons different widths. I've never seen that before. Is the model based on an actual table?

Dear woodworkers and sketchup'ers I wish you a Happy New Year with plenty of ...
whatever you do likePS: dear David, the drawer bottom need some adjustement for the thickness.
-
Thanks, Dave and Jean Franco.
Making tenons different widths is something I picked up from Gregory Paolini, a dandy woodworker in Asheville, N.C. He says it helps allow for seasonal wood movement in a wide stretcher.
And as for the drawer bottom that's too fat: I have no idea how that mistake happened. Thank you for catching it.
Best,

David, I see what you mean about the tenons. I usually see multiple tenons of the same width.
As for the drawer bottom, a quick bevel on the three sides will fix that.

Thanks David and a Happy New Year to you also.

To all of you, and keep up the good work
