Here is an image I made of a hospital extension.
Original render was 8826x6000 pixels and rendered with Thea Presto AO with IBL and sun in 30 minutes, which I think is great.
Color grading and post pro in Photoshop.

Thanks. The trees are real. I just added some trunk height so they wouldn't cover the building too much.
