Bluetooth mouse for SketchUp on Mac?
-
Hey, guys.
So I bought a Macbook Air and I should have it in about 3 weeks.
Just wanted to know what wireless mice you use with SketchUp on your Macs. I'd prefer to find a Bluetooth mouse that does not require the use of a USB dongle, but I'm open to that possibility.
The Apple Magic Mouse seemed an obvious choice, but a friend who is a Mac+SU guy told me not to buy it.
So, what do you guys use for SketchUp on a Mac? Maybe it's not a mouse, but something different? Can any of you work with just the trackpad?
Maybe you do use the Magic Mouse?

i use a logitech MX Anywhere with my laptop.. it's usb but the receiver is tiny.. it's always plugged in (like, i never unplug it and i take the computer all over the place.. the receiver simply doesn't get in the way of transport)

i've seen it for as low as $35 at times.
(i also use it without the logitech driver.. osx drives it fine and a bonus (for me) is that with sketchup, the thumb button does the orbiting.. use the logitech driver for more configurability if desired)

Hola Miguel. I use Microsoft's Sculpt Touch Mouse on a Mac Book Pro (running OSX AWA Bootcamp with Windows 7) and am very happy with it. BTW, because it's a Bluetooth device it does not need or use up a USB port, that's especially important in a laptop which often have just a few.
