Thanks to the Authors for quick update to 2015

All in all it was pretty painless... Just wanted to give all the plugin and extension authors a BIG THANKS for getting all the plugins that weren't working back on track. Even plugins that would work needed to be tested. Almost everything is now updated or at least tested and listed. Another big thanks to TIG for not only updating his own plugins, but other people's as well, all while helping tons of people get 2015 installed and running. Above and beyond man...
A great way to show our thanks is to purchase a plugin from your favorite author or make a donation to those who put out tons of free plugins.
*There's still a few that are not updated yet, their authors are aware and are working. However, if you still have a plugin not working, make sure to list it here.
