Student Desk c. 1930
-

Morning practice. This is based on a student desk by Robert "Mouseman" Thompson. Made in England in the 1930s of oak it was designed to seat three students on each side. There were only three of these desks ever built. Detailing including the signature mouse and joinery still to do.

So much more practical than the stackable plastic stuff kids today have to use.
Oh, and nice model, by the way. Of course.
Best,

Thank you sir.
I was thinking that it could make a nice desk for Ian if I cut it down to a single place. The original is 82-1/2 in. long. I don't think there's a space anywhere in our house for something as big as this..
