World watercolor competition

I need your help please in this situation.
This year I entered the world watercolor competition :

recently I received an e-mail that says:
After the first validation of the registration forms, we are pleased to inform you that you have successfully passed the first selection stage of the World Watercolour Competition organised by the magazine The Art of Watercolour. As is mentioned in articles 3 and 4 of the terms and regulations, you are now required to pay 25.08 euros for your application to be taken into account for the second selection stage. No other fee will be asked of you later on
And as some may know I live in Iran ( it is not that bad
) and so impossible to pay or receive directly!
so though to share you the situation and ask some friend to pay and I will repay one of my watercolors instead
