My very first V-ray renderings.

Hi Everyone!
I would like to share with you my very first vray renders. They were made for an architectural competition. Tell me what you think about it.
render time: about 30min each. 3500px width.
post production:
-photoshop: merged VBF channels from vray, added grass over modeled fur grass in SU, added background and deep of field layer. (no brushes used to get lights or reflections)-lightroom: straighten vertical perspective, added noise to scale up render
so here it is:

i think it looks great.. especially with how complex the settings in vray end up being. great job.

Hello Wojd, nice modeling and rendering
IMHO the images could be improved with better blending of fore/mid/background.
In image no.1 it seems that if you looked over the wall on the left, gulp! the abyss. Maybe a couple of bushes to give the impression of a little land behind.
Image no.2 gives the impression that the concrete embankment cuts through the house diagonally, it's confusing. There is no visible access to the house so it leaves you thinking "why would you build a home in the middle of a nowhere"John

Well done! You should be the winner of the competition. I like the architecture (clear and simple wooden house in the mountains) and the renders - not too realistic, a little bit abstract.

Very nice. Not too sure about the boards extending over the roof of the garage: those boards aren't going to be weather tight, so there would have to be a primary roof underneath, yet the boards would have to be attached to it somehow. Looks like a long-term maintenance problem.
